Amanda Summers
Amanda Summers is originally from Baltimore, Maryland where she trained at the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Performing Arts. She went on to graduate summa cum laude with an honors BFA from Point Park University’s Conservatory Dance Program. While at Point Park, Amanda had the pleasure of performing works by George Balanchine, Gerald Arpino, Val Caniparoli, Darrell Grand Moultrie, Christopher Huggins, Alan Obuzor, Kiesha Lalama, Shonica Gooden, and Garfield Lemonius. She has trained at Boston Ballet, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. Professionally, she has danced for Royal Caribbean International, Texture Contemporary Ballet, NSquared Dance Company, Hutchinson Collaborative, Neville Dance Theatre, Annalee Traylor, and Sheep Meadow Dance Theatre.
