NDT has five Chance Programs bringing wide ranging opportunities in the arts to community members of diverse ages, ethnicities, and economic backgrounds.

Participation program for Visa-holding dancers and community dance students ages 7-17  to study and perform alongside NDT artists in company productions.

Internship and volunteer opportunities provide real world experience in a wide range of areas and interests including arts administration, production, wardrobe, social media, marketing, development, fundraising, and more.

Chance to CHOREOGRAPH & COLLABORATE

Opportunities for choreographers and artists from diverse disciplines to create new works and collaborate on productions. Participants gain recognition, promotion, and a chance to have their work seen, often times for audiences for years to come.

PRIVATE COACHING AND CLASS OFFERINGS

ARGENTINE TANGO

Learn the passion and intrigue of Argentine Tango in a fun and welcoming environment. Great for dancers of all backgrounds and at all levels of experience. Lessons focus on technique, terminology, rhythmical nuances, stylizations and etiquette for both social and stage dancing, for enjoyment or professional pursuits.

BALLET and VARIATIONS

Private lessons, coaching, choreography, and audition preparation (PPAS, LaGuardia, similar) available with Brenda Neville. 

Lessons are set up on an individualized basis. 
Sessions are tailored to each students needs. 

​Pricing begins at $60/hour for private lessons and $80/hour for audition choreography and coaching (studio rental fees not included). ​

FLAMENCO

Flamenco classes are a fun and excellent way to learn rhythm, full body movements, overall coordination, musicality and expression. Classes include palmas, braceo, marking and footwork, finishing with short dance combinations.  Flamenco or hard soled shoes with solid heel suggested. Ladies wear long, loose skirt.

Brenda Neville has been ‘keeping dancers on their toes’ for over twenty years by providing dancers from SAB, PNB, ABT, and schools and companies across the nation with personalized pointe shoe fittings, expert advice, and on site lectures.  Brenda is available for lectures and fittings in person or via video call.
