Kaylee Tang
Kaylee Tang was born in Houston, Texas. She began her dance training as a toddler at Dancescape by Joyce under the supervision of Joyce Beck. She continued her dance training with LuAnne Carter at Houston's High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. In 2008, Kaylee was accepted to train year round at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre's Pre-professional High School Program, directed by Dennis Marshall and Marjorie Grundvig. On completion of Kaylee's high school studies, she was accepted into the Alonzo King Lines Ballet BFA program at Dominican University of California where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors in Dance in May of 2013. Since graduating Kaylee has worked with Dominic Walsh in conjunction with Houston Grand Opera and now lives in New York City. Kaylee had the pleasure of dancing with Ballet Hispanico's BHdos. In addition, Kaylee has performed with Arch Contemporary Ballet and was a principal dancer originating many roles with Neville Dance Theatre. (Photo by Veronica Moeller)
